Ordering & Payment

From the item detail page, click the Add To Cart button to add the item to your shopping cart. Add as many items as you like, then click the View Cart link in navigation bar to the left to go to your shopping cart for checkout.

Payment is processed through PayPal - accepted cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. If you would prefer to pay by check or money order, please email for arrangements.


Gift & Standard Packaging

Standard packaging - The item will be packaged similar to the packaging shown in the picture on the left below. The packaged item will then be wrapped in tissue and placed in the shipping box.

Gift Packaging - For an additional fee of $3.95, the item will be packaged as for standard packaging, then placed in a gift box and finished with a ribbon. Your personalized message will accompany the gift on a hand-written gift card. To order, select Gift Packaging from the Gifts & Other page. The Shopping Cart has an entry area for gift packaging instructions and message.

   


Shipping

Shipping and handling is a flat fee of $5.50 for all orders under $100 shipped within the continental United States. Shipping and handling for orders over $100 within the continental US is free of charge. Packages are shipped USPS First Class or Priority Mail and are insured. Items will be shipped within 3 business days after confirmation of payment, you will be notified by email when the items ship. Rush orders can usually be accomodated, please email for arrangements.

For shipping charges outside the contnental United States, please email for shipping and handling charges.


Exchanges/Returns

I stand behind each piece of jewelry - I want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you want to return or exchange an item, please contact me within 60 days of reciept for arrangements.

Item must be returned in the original condition with the original packaging. For all returns and exchanges the customer pays all shipping and handling fees to and from KSD except if the item was originally shipped under a free shipping promotion - in this case the customer is not responsible for the original shipping fees.


Repairs

I warrent my pieces to be free of workmanship defects for the life of the item. If an item should break due to a defect in workmanship I will repair the item at no charge or offer credit for the original amount of the item (after receipt of the item and all pieces). Additionally, if an item should bread due to unintentional mistreatment I will repair it for a small fee.

Please contact me before sending any items for repair. For all repairs, the customer pays shipping costs to the KSD location and KSD pays shipping costs of the repaired item to the customer.


Privacy Policy

I respect your privacy. I will never sell or otherwise make your information available to a third party.
